The site now has the JMU wrapper. We still need to go through pages and make sure the content is current. Lelia gave me some fixes, which I have not done yet.

Changes to make:
Ensure that your pages do the following:
The title of the entire page should be immediately after the comment which says "CONTENT GOES IN TD TAGS". This should be an H1 tag. This will appear outside of the table.
The headers should not be floating, so before each H2 place four br / tags.
All content and h2s should be placed in the right hand collumn.
The left hand collumn should list your topics as they appear in the h2 tags, in order, as anchored links. The target for the link should be placed ABOVE the h2 tag in the content. This will make the linked page show up with the heading at the top.
If your page is very long, follow each section with an anchor link labelled "return to top."
All lists should be UL unless the list items need to be completed in order. Follow each list with two br / tags.
Eric will be sending out a new template for us to use so that he does not have to edit all the pages by hand.
Here's hoping that this makes sense.

LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -- This wasn't a football game. It was a series of unfortunate events.
Not that it really matters, but the Redskins won 21-19.At the time of this posting, the full story was here.
